WhatsApp installed and online

Up and running in three steps

You only link your WhatsApp once — it remembers you after that.

  1. Install

Download the installer above and double-click it. Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" box — click More info → Run anyway.

  2. Link your WhatsApp

Open the app and wait for the QR code. On your phone go to WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a device and scan it. The badge turns to Connected ✓.

  3. Choose, write, send

Load your WhatsApp contacts (or upload a CSV, or paste numbers), type your message, attach files, and press send. A live progress bar shows every recipient as it goes out.

What it does

👥

Three ways to pick people

Load your saved WhatsApp contacts, upload a CSV, or paste a list of numbers.

📎

Photos, videos & documents

Up to 10 attachments per campaign, 64 MB each. Add them all at once or one at a time.

⏱️

Natural sending pace

A random 30–60 second gap between messages, so sending doesn't look mechanical.

Real delivery confirmation

Every message is confirmed with WhatsApp's servers. "Failed" means it truly didn't go out.

📊

Live progress

Watch sent and failed counts update per recipient, with a line for each one.

🔒

Stays on your PC

No cloud account and no middleman. Messages go through your own WhatsApp.

Before you start

Keep the app open while a campaign runs. Anyone not yet reached won't get the message if you close it early. The app warns you if you try.

Sending takes time on purpose. The 30–60 second gaps are what keep your number safe:

RecipientsRoughly how long
20 people10–20 minutes
50 people25–50 minutes
100 people50–100 minutes

Common questions

Windows says "Windows protected your PC"

Click More info, then Run anyway. Windows shows this for any installer it hasn't seen from a paid certificate authority yet. It is safe to continue.

It says Google Chrome is required

Install Chrome from google.com/chrome and open the app again. Microsoft Edge works too, and comes with Windows.

Do I have to scan the QR code every time?

No — only the first time. The app saves the link and reconnects on its own. You'd only rescan if you unlink the device from your phone.

It's stuck on "Connecting…"

Check your internet, then close the app fully and reopen it. If your antivirus or firewall is blocking it, allow Bulk WhatsApp Sender.

Can I use my PC while it sends?

Yes. Keep browsing and use WhatsApp on your phone as normal — just don't close the app window or let the PC sleep until the progress bar finishes.

A number shows "not on WhatsApp"

That number isn't registered on WhatsApp, or the country code is missing. Numbers need the full country code, e.g. 919876543210.

Something went wrong — how do I report it?

Press Windows + R, paste %APPDATA%\BulkWhatsAppSender and press Enter. Send us the log.txt file from that folder.

Using it responsibly

Message people who expect to hear from you. Recipients blocking or reporting you is the fastest way to get a WhatsApp number restricted — more than volume alone.

Use a separate number rather than your main business line, vary your message wording, and build up gradually on a new number.
